We are committed to develop and maintain a sufficient pool of qualified marine deck and engine officers to man the vessels of our clients. It is for this particular reason that we established a separate recruitment section, which sources, screens and conducts a preliminary interview with all the applicants.
To assess the applicant’s knowledge and skills, the Recruitment Section conducts a screening and selection process which includes paper screening, interviews and examinations. In paper screening, we segregate crew with experience from those without. Experienced crew are prioritized and short-listed for preliminary interview. Once they pass the interview, the applicant takes tests corresponding to the position they are applying for.
