Once pre-selected, candidates meet the Crew Manager and Asst. Vice-President for further evaluation and are recommended to Principals for final approval.

Job advertisements in leading Philippine newspapers – We advertise as soon as we receive the requirements of our principals.

General Job Fairs - We participate in job fairs or hold our own recruitment drives for a more varied search for the right candidates.

Networking Activities - As an active member of leading maritime and land-based organizations, we are able to share information and resources to meet manpower needs.

Pre-Screening - We conduct pre-selection of candidates based on submitted applications which are encoded in our system.

Interviews and trade tests - Selected candidates are interviewed by the Recruitment Manager and Crewing Managers. For land-based recruitment, Trade Specialists also interview the applicants. Interviewees are required to take a trade test as well as an English test.

Background Checks – In accordance with our quality assurance standard, we check the veracity of the information supplied by applicants by calling our networks.

Principals Interview – We schedule shortlisted applicants for principals' interview.

To assess the applicant’s knowledge and skills, the Recruitment Section conducts a screening and selection process which includes paper screening, interviews and examinations.In paper screening, we segregate crew with experience from those without. Experienced crew are prioritized and short-listed for preliminary interview. Once they pass the interview, the applicant takes g tests corresponding to the position they are applying for.
