STEP 1: Upon entry to the Crew Reception Area; please log your name, address, person to visit, time-in and signature on your respective logbooks. (Logbook 1 for Applicants, Logbook 2 for Excrew/Allotee.)

STEP 2: After log-in, kindly leave a valid I.D. to the guard and claim your visitor's pass. Please wear this pass at ALL times.

STEP 3: For transactions in crewing and accounting services, please secure an appointment slip and fill-it up completely. NO APPOINTMENT SLIP, NO ENTRY.

Upon the signal of the guard, please proceed to the 2nd Floor and submit your appointment slip to the crewing receptionist or cadet on-duty.

STEP 4: Please WAIT for your name to be called. Entry without appointment slips is strictly prohibited.

STEP 5: After your appointment, pls. ensure that your contact person has signed your appointment slip. Kindly proceed to the crew exit, log-out and indicate the exact time.

STEP 6: Please return your visitors pass and signed appointment slip to the guard. Claim your I.D.


All letters, parcels and packages for crew onboard should be given directly to Customer Support Services (CSS) staff or any CSS authorized personnel only Mondays through Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon only.

To ensure that your letters/packages are sent to your loved ones on time, please endorse it to CSS at least 3 days before releasing date. Packages received on the day of releasing might not be included (on this joining date) due to bulk releasing and would be sent to NEXT joiners.

Maximum size: 30cm x 18 cm x 10 cm (standard shoebox size)
Maximum weight: 1 kilo.

ITEMS NOT ALLOWED/NOT ACCEPTED:
- Food and Money
- Deadly weapons e.g. guns, knife
- Prohibited drugs/chemicals
- Medicines without prescription
- Religious materials (when joining Muslim countries)
- Pornographic items
- Odorous items (e.g. bagoong)
- Combustible materials (e.g. lighter)
- Valuable items e.g. cellphones, VCD/DVD players, watch/jewelry, flash disk, etc.)
- all CDs/VCDs/DVDs
- Liquid Items

Please do not leave your package at the Crew Reception counter. CSS will not be liable for its loss or damage.

Packages for the family sent by crew onboard will not be accommodated due to limited storage space.  Offsigners shall be responsible in the safekeeping of packages and in contacting the recipients.


To ensure delivery of mails, kindly use your home address (and not Aboitiz Jebsen) as your mailing address in transactions with banks, insurance companies, telecommunication companies, credit card companies, etc. Abojeb shall not be liable in case of loss or damage to these mails. 


STEP 1: Please get and complete 2 copies of Request for Certificates form from the person-in-charge at the Crew Reception Area. For certificates to be submitted to PRC, kindly ensure that dates of embarkation and disembarkation are exactly the same as indicated in the Seaman's Book.

STEP 2: Upon completion, submit 2 copies to the PIC. One copy will be returned to you for your reference together with the schedule of releasing.

- Certificates of sea service, employment, separation, employment & separation, job description are released after 2 days from day of request

- Certificates of SSS & Pag-ibig Premiums are released on Mondays

- Philhealth certificates are processed within the day. It is recommended that crew /allottee should call the office first and request the certificate to avoid long waiting hours.

Please bring a valid ID or letter of authorization, in case of representatives, upon claiming.
