A Day of Health and Wellness
Philcare Health Orientation was held last April 20, 2013 at the Abojeb canteen. It was a fun-filled, very informative, and a relaxing day for all who gathered for the event. Registration started at 8 in the morning and then, a speaker from Philcare, John Paul Naz - Account Management Officer, discussed the crew's benefits and health insurance coverage at 9am. After that, Dr. Lemuel Delos Reyes - Head, LDR Medics Diagnostic and Medical Sevices, enlightened us about Hypertension, its causes, effects, and possible preventions.
